The hotel offers a nice room with a wide open window, a problem in Scotland but provides an excellent bathroom with all expected amenities and a bath. The service is outstanding, accommodating every request and going out of their way to assist, even keeping the rooms open for our elderly travellers until 12 pm. The location is great, in a quiet area just off the Motorway but close to the town center with all amenities. The dining experience is exceptional, with good quality ingredients and a wide range of gluten-free options. The facility was well-maintained and enjoyable.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially for our elderly travelers, and the food was delicious with generous portions. The location was perfect for exploring the town and shopping outlets. The only downside was the noise in the common areas that disrupted the tranquility.
